Day 1 of the fouth week: Going to weigh and measure all my meals zone style see if i get any better results, so far I feel great but havent seen any results on scale or in terms of leaning out hopefully this helps.
Breakfast: 3 oz low sodium turkey 3 blocks strawberries 9 almonds (3 blocks of P,C,F)
