Breakfast:
Bacon and eggs
Lunch:
ahi tuna salad, tomatoes,avocado
Dinner:
Apple turkey with tomato sauce and Brussels sprouts with bacon

Orange, Coconut water, Bacon & eggs
Dinner:
Buffalo Burger, grilled onions, salad, tomatoes, walnuts

3 eggs with one chicken sausage, canteloupe
Lunch:
snack bag of almonds, cashews, and cranberries
Dinner:
Salad with tomatoes, radishes, peppers, lettuce olive oil and lemon juice and 4 turkey meatballs

Dinner:
Bison Burger with grilled onions and a cucumber salad with olive oil

Day 1 of the fouth week:
Going to weigh and measure all my meals zone style see if i get any better results, so far I feel great but havent seen any results on scale or in terms of leaning out hopefully this helps.

Breakfast:
3 oz low sodium turkey
3 blocks strawberries
9 almonds
(3 blocks of  P,C,F)
